Cressa Services Agreement

Welcome

Cressa provides services subject to the terms herein. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Use of Site

Reviews and Comments

Any submissions, including reviews and comments, are non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting, you grant Cressa an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and modify such content. You warrant that your submissions do not infringe on any third-party rights.

Order Process

Cressa does not provide online purchasing. To place an order, contact our sales representatives via email or phone. Our team will assist you with the ordering process and provide necessary information.

Termination

Cressa reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or revoke access to the site at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, all rights and obligations cease, except for those arising before termination.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties.

Customer Conduct

Cressa maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or unreasonable behavior towards staff. This includes aggressive language, vexatious complaints, or demands beyond policy scope. Violators may have future orders refused.
