We take pride in our electronic LED explosion-proof lights, ensuring top-notch quality through rigorous control checks.
Note
All returns need our Team's authorization via the Support Center. Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form won't be accepted.
Returns Process & Time - Frame
Follow our process closely to avoid delays:
1. If your item is returnable, contact our Support Center with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
2. Our customer service will respond within 24 hours, providing an RMA form and return address.
3. Return the item as instructed on the RMA form, and send us the tracking number and return receipt.
4. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we'll email you and arrange an exchange or refund within 3 days. Our after - sales team needs 3 - 6 business days to process your request. Note the refund times:
- Credit card refunds: 7 - 14 business days.
- PayPal refunds: up to 48 hours.
Return Shipping Costs & Address
We strive to benefit loyal customers. Contact Us before returning items to get an RMA form and address.
1. Customers bear all shipping costs, including those for returns or exchanges. These costs are non - refundable.
2. Check with your local post office for the actual return shipping fee. We recommend using the cheapest registered airmail.
